Are the recommended challenges personalized?
Yes, they are personalized.
Diet ID offers dozens of Challenges, each targeting a specific, actionable healthy habit. We determine the best sequence of Challenges for each person to tackle on based on their initial Diet ID assessment and their goal. We calculate the difference between their starting point and their goal and identify which healthy eating habits they need to master to reach their goal. That list of habits is what determines which challenges each person will see.
If a person has already mastered a habit on their list, they can easily skip this challenge and move onto another challenge. If the person wants to master a challenge that has not been recommended for them, they can also choose a different challenge from the list.
