How do I access the admin portal for studies?

Diet ID provides researchers access to an admin portal where they can view individual data in real time, as participants complete their Diet ID assessments. Data can be viewed by "ACCESS CODE" instead of by PII to ensure data is collected anonymously. Data can also be downloaded right from the Diet ID admin portal. 

To log in as an admin, you'll visit your custom admin portal Diet ID site. The URL format will be [yourcustomURL].beta.dietid.com.

Tap "More Login Options" under the email and password screens

Tap "Login with Access Code"

Enter the admin access code you were given by your Diet ID account manager. Note, your code is NOT abc123test.

Check your email that is associated with your admin account. You will receive a 6-digit one-time-passcode from help@dietid.com. If you haven't received the code, please be sure to check your SPAM folder. 

Copy the 6 digit code (note, the example below is just an example. You will receive your own 6-digit code. Please do not use the code you see in the screenshot below)

Paste the code in the OTP field on the sign in screen. 

You will then be logged into the Diet ID Admin Dashboard. 

To access individual participant data, click on "Patient Data"

Search by access code to narrow down your search to see each patient or participant's record. 

Tap Export to download all participant data. Download the "Users" report to get a list of users with key summary information about each person, including a summary of any pre-post assessment results. Export all "Workflows" to download detailed data on each assessment conducted, including nutrient values.
