How do I get employee data?

Employee data is provided through our real time Admin Reporting Dashboard, real time data via webhook, or a file and reports delivered from our team to you at our requested calendar intervals. For employers who are able to have access to individual employee data, data is provided through our real time Admin Reporting Dashboard. For employers not allowed to have HIPAA data, we supply real time access to reporting without sharing PHI (Personal Health Information). 

We have standard reporting, however, can work with you to help you meet your reporting needs. Our monthly reporting consists of: 

  • Participation analytics
  • Demographics and risk analysis
  • Impact data measure in terms of change in diet quality of the population. 

Webhook access: For employers able to receive individual participation data. Webhook integration requires light integration and allows the employer to receive real time assessment results on each individiual, posted into the employer's internal system. This is a good solution if the employer is building a data warehouse of wellness participation across multiple partners.
