Diet ID is integrated into the following Electronic Health Records:

Epic Systems - Diet ID is available via the Epic App Orchard. The integration allows patients with MyChart access to log into your branded version of Diet ID and complete the Diet ID assessment and goal setting. The patient's Diet Quality score can be posted into the patient chart via a custom vital sign or via a custom flowsheet. We continue to develop additional points of integration where we can post Diet ID's robust dietary assessment information throughout the Epic experience. 

How to launch Diet ID within Epic:

Cerbo - an EHR specifically built for Functional Medicine Providers. When your practice uses both Diet ID and Cerbo, you can receive Diet ID assessment results automatically and immediately posted to your Cerbo patient's record. 

Healthie - a HIPAA compliant telehealth and EMR platform for Registered Dietitians. When your practice uses both Diet ID and Healthie, you will have access to the Diet ID assessment as a custom form to add to your intake flow to rapidly capture dietary intake and goals.
